Chocolate Pecan Fudge
Talk about old fashioned ways of doing things! Some things are just better when done the tried and true way. That’s how we make our fudge. We cook the sugar, cream and butter to just the right temperature. Then we pour it on a steel slab, let it cool and stir it with a shovel until it’s just right. We put it into baking pans and let it cool overnight. Just like grandma used to make! Available in vanilla, vanilla/pecan, chocolate, chocolate/pecan, or peanut butter.
